Glass and iron
Glass at its fluid state was put onto a piece of ice found in Iceland. Due to gravity the glass would follow the shape of the ice. The heat within the glass caused the ice to slowly melt down and was therefore constantly changing the shape of what it was trying to capture. In this impossible chase of an imprint the ice cooled down the glass before it could reach its goal.
